Location
The Manor at West Haven offers a collection of luxury villas with private pools, ideally situated just off HWY54 in Davenport, Florida. Part of the larger West Haven estate—comprising six individual gated communities—The Manor is the smallest and most exclusive, featuring a single circular road known as Burford Circle. Upon arrival, you're greeted by a beautifully landscaped entrance and a picturesque drive through the estate.

Champions Village is the main retail hub of the area, anchored by Publix Super Market. You'll also find familiar names like McDonald’s, Subway, Walgreens, 7-Eleven, Chili’s, Miller’s Ale House, Red Robin, Regions Bank, and Watson Realty. Even more shops and restaurants are currently being added to enhance the experience.
Downtown Champions Gate now offers a great mix of dining and services — perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Popular spots include First Watch, Tijuana Flats, Menchie’s, Jersey Mike’s, The Fish and Chip Shop, Osteria, Huey Magoo’s, Blue Coast, Little Greek Restaurant, and recently added favourites Olive Garden and LongHorn Steakhouse.
